Karate is a martial art of Japanese origin that deals defensive moves through evasive body movements with blocking and counter attacks using kicks, punches and strikes. Joint locks, restraints and takedowns are also used.
Karate is used for Self Defense; to instill confidence and a way to challenge and keep the mind and body healthy.

Adults 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Saturdays adults
(Rustico) 9:00 am to 11:00am
Summer (June to August)
Karate Bootcamp in our home
based dojo in Rustico
